Our group of musicians and vocalists come from throughout the Denver Metro area. Our concerts often incorporate theatrical elements and unexpected musical features. You might see a guest appearance by “Elvis” performing one of his hits or a pair of ballroom dancers waltz by. Since most of our pieces are uniquely arranged by Musical Director David Mejia, we are able to highlight instruments such as the melodica, recorder, voice, or harp. Our repertoire focuses on music from the stage and screen, but we enjoy playing almost anything! Please contact us if you are interested in having us at your next event!

History

Dave Mejia, a Denver native and music educator for many years, began Soundtrack one summer at the height of COVID in 2021. What started out as a duo in his front yard became a quartet, which grew to include an oboist, pianist, bass player and flutist. Today, our numbers have grown to nearly 30 musicians, and we have a home at the Wheat Ridge Center for Music and Arts, where we rehearse and perform.
